5+ years of work experience in technology industry or academia
Expertise in internship programs, PhD recruiting, or similar initiatives
Experience in Apple communication applications such as Keynote, Pages, and Mail
Excellent organization and time management skills, with experience delivering multiple projects of varying lengths, while meeting quality standards and deadlines
Superb written and verbal skills, with the ability to filter and distill relevant information to the right audience
Description
You’ll establish strong partnerships with cross functional teams in HR, Recruiting, and management to help build the machine learning research internship and visiting researcher programs for the AI/ML organization. You’ll create best practices around publishing, recruiting, and headcount allocation across the organization and gain buy in from key stakeholders You’ll collaborate with team members to identify areas for operational improvement, and be an authority on intern experience, postdoc best practices, and visiting faculty frameworks. You’ll build and grow new programs aligned with strategic organizational goals You’ll work cross functionally across multiple organizations and partners to deliver results that build bridges between Apple and academia. You’ll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are tradition.
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
