Corporate Functions
5-10 years relevant work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or capital markets
Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong understanding of corporate finance theory
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience with Bloomberg and other financial information sources
Proven experience in debt capital markets is preferred
Proven experience in FP&A is preferred
Description
AMONG OTHER ACTIVITIES, THE INDIVIDUAL WILL: - Prepare detailed modeling and analysis of capital structure reflecting debt financing and capital deployment scenarios - Monitor global debt capital markets and recommend potential funding opportunities - Assist in execution of debt funding activities - Prepare detailed cash, balance sheet, and free cash flow forecasting and analysis - Forecast and monitor key rating agency responses to business and capital structure developments - Assist in investor and rating agency communications - Analyze debt and equity valuations and changes in investor base - Own quarter end reporting including financial commitments and lease accounting rates THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES - Extraordinary attention to detail and quality of work - Flexibility and agility in balancing multiple projects - Integrity, reliability, initiative, and responsiveness to tight deadlines - Ability to work well both independently and within teams - Exceptional organization skills - Focused work ethic and positive attitude
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred
